This is probably my favorite place to shop. I often visit on markdown days and especially check out the 75% off. You try on the final markdown since you can't return them. I am a fairly short person and I love that Von Maur will hem my pants at no extra cost. They will even hem ones that I order on their website. Shipping is always free and I can also have items sent from other stores as well. Don't forget to visit the gift wrap if you're buying a gift. It is also free.

Come for the $400 sunglasses, stay *for hours* riding the escalator with your kids. They also sell ceramic sparkly donuts if you're into that sort of thing (which I am not, but FYI).

I came in on Saturday searching for an outfit searching high and low. I am extremely skinny so it's very hard to find things in my size. I searched the entire mall and was not comfortable with anything. after recently, losing every article of clothing, I own, I was feeling very down. I ran into John and his associates and let me tell you he did not disappoint. John walked me around and spoke to me like I was his friend found out what I liked and led me in the perfect direction. John I am so extremely thankful! You have no idea how grateful I truly am . I will be back to make sure you are recognized. Keep up the great work John .

Today's shopping trip confirmed that customer service is the most valued asset a store can provide. The exceptional customer assistance by the sales staff in both women's formal wear and shoes were knowledgeable and friendly. It was the exceptional abilities of the alterations professional, Eduardo, who made all the difference in my shopping experience today. As a result of all of their help, I may now shop exclusively at Von Maur! The delightful sound of a live pianist was a bonus! I wish I had let the two different individuals I had heard know how much their contribution was appreciated as well.

Decent Von Maur location. Fully stocked racks with the latest inventory. A rep did ask to help us, but wasnt pushy or over bearing. The lighting is just right, the place wasnt too loud, and the piano player was actually decent. An enjoyable shopping experience.

Great store and has continued to maintain a higher end vibe while so many department stores are going downhill. The piano service is lovely with places to sit and rest. I've always had great experiences with service in the shoe department and upstairs women's department. They're so helpful! I'm hoping Von Maur will continue to grow their selection of natural materials like cottons, wools and linens - makes for better quality clothing which is so hard to find. Grateful to have this in Greenwood.
